Regular students call Catherine’s Yin & Sound class “sleep yoga”. The combination of long slow stretches, immersed in the vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls, guides you into a deep meditative state to restore and regulate your nervous system. A perfect start to the week.

Qigong
Qigong is a form of movement therapy, which is a practice of precise differentiated movements, presence and moving meditation. It helps to release tension, promote restoration and regulation. It helps life force energy to flow freely through the body.

Sound Meditation
Catherine’s Sound Meditation aligns with the Full Moon each month. It involves setting an intention for the new cycle and also intentionally releasing what is no longer needed. Catherine uses vocal channelling, reiki, chakra tuning instruments, as well as a soundscape of crystal singing bowls.
